M.Sc. Natalie Cvikl Postružnik

M.Sc. Natalie Cvikl Postružnik, Master of Science, entrepreneur, coach, socially responsible project manager, has managed to combine and reconcile her work with her life vision. She believes that we humans are creatures of at least four levels, so the recipe for success is our own combination of physical health, emotional happiness, mental focus and awareness of our mission on a spiritual level. This is why she is concerned with finding and developing the potential within individuals, teams, organisations. She has been active as a lecturer for more than twenty-five years, focusing on the areas of effective communication (Effie Awards, Innovation Communication, etc.).), engagement (member of the Golden Thread and Organisational Energy Councils), personal and business development (certified business coach, certified equine assisted coach, certified NLP Practitioner); She has received a number of awards and recognitions for her work, most notably the title of Best Lecturer by Students_k Doba Faculty three times, amongst others she teaches Intercultural Business Communication at Gea College and Integrated Marketing Communication at the postgraduate level at the College of Journalism and Communication in Skopje, Macedonia. She started her career at the Municipality of Maribor, where she was responsible for a wide range of communication, protocol, interpersonal and international relations and issue management, first as Director of Public Relations and later as Chief of Cabinet (CEGOR …), which she expanded to include the European perspective at the time of Slovenia’s accession to the EU as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Transport and Communications, where she also faced a number of crisis and conflict situations, as the Ministry was at that time responsible for the positioning of the motorway crossroads routes in Slovenia. After this period, she upgraded her skills with corporate skills within Zavarovalnica Maribor (now Sava), and managed projects for entering the Austrian and Croatian markets, adopting the euro as a currency, while also conducting in-house trainings, where was one of the best lecturers in the field of motivation and teamwork, as well as inter-organisational relations.
